Great Room w/vaulted ceilings has Sofa, 2 recliners, 50" HDTV, DVR. Kitchen has new SS appliances, granite & is fully equipped to entertain. Two Large bedrooms, 1 King, ! Queen (Master en suite w/40" TV) & a large Den/Additional Living Room (3rd bedroom) with Desk, Sleeper Sofa, TV & Lounge chair. (50", 40" 32'") with 190+ channels Dish Network satellite , DVR, desk, Fast Internet/WIFI, (work from here). Tons of closet space & dresser space. Both baths have new vessel sinks, 1 has a walk-in shower, 1 a tub/shower combo. Covered Patio has a lounge area and a dining area with private grill. Skylights fill the home with light and there are 6 ceiling fans. The complex is walking distance to everything (Cafes, Banks, Grocery, etc.) in town so you won't need your car much,but there is a carport for it. The small complex has a heated pool, spa and is very safe/quiet. No party people! Not a senior complex, but mostly senior owner occupied. This lives like a single family house with nobody above or below. Pets considered. Minimum rental per HOA. 1 Dog Limit per HOA

Owner's Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% deposit refund.No refunds under 30 day cancels.
In summer June-Sept when rates are highly reduced the electric bill is reimbursed to owner. Approx. $4.00-$6.00 per day.

I recommend this patio home for your next vacation in Fountain Hills. Quiet, Safe and Convenient to everything you need. Neighbors are all older, but very friendly. One even offered an extra carport she wasn't using for our second vehicle. The furniture was all updated and very comfortable with great TV's, DVR and many many cable channels.

We visited family in town and stayed here. It is so spacious we had the family reunion here. Everyone enjoyed the pool and patio, but the inside was most impressive. Lots of light and very quiet.

This was the nicest rental we have found. Everything was clean and comfortable. The TV service with DVR provided us with great entertainment late at night and during the day the weather was wonderful for sitting on the patio or walking around in town. The neighbors were friendly and the complex was lovely. We enjoyed the 2 recliners and beds were great too! Kitchen had everything we wanted for preparing meals here.
