Owner's Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. No refund for under 30 day cancelations.

In summer June-Sept. when rates are reduced electric is reimbursed to owner.  aprox. $4.50-$6.00 per day.

This was the first vacation rental that was so well equipped in the kitchen.  We cooked & entertained a lot at this rental.  Can't beat the proximity to stores in town.

We are staying here for 6 weeks while we negotiate our next home. I wish I could buy this one. It is nicely updated, furnished and decorated. Such a great bargain in the off season too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this vacation rental. Location was great for walking around town and siting on the quiet covered patio. Kitchen was well equipped too. The pool seemed private since nobody else used it. Definitely worth a return visit in the future.
